UoM conversion error in SAP B1 v9.1

Dear Experts,

I have run across a problem in implementing Units of Measure in SAP.

Base Unit of Measure = R

36R = 1C

90C=1P

1P= 3240R

Now, our inventory is viewed in units C, and that is normally what our customers order in, except for 1 customer, who requires that we create sales orders and invoices in units R.

Units C are never fractioned out, we always sell in multiples of unit R, to equal a whole number C.

However, in inventory (which is viewed in units C), it fractions the number.

Example: Customer buys 3240R, when you go to the Item master data, the Committed units C is 90.72C, when in reality it was exactly 90C.

How do I get this residual rounding to stop?

I have looked at notes on rounding, but none seem to address this issue, as I am not putting in more complex units, such as kg or lb. It is just there are 36R in 1C and 90C in 1P. The items are never sold outside of those numbers.

Thanks so much in advance!
