Can you please be more specific describing what SIP firmware is needed for registering a Cisco phone to SAP CCtr? What is the format of SIP config file that needs to be uploaded to Cisco phone to be able to register to SAP CCtr?
I'm not talking about manual configuration of the phone over web interface. I'm developing a complete replacement of CUCM to work on SAP CCtr server. Phones needs to download firmware over TFTP (installed as a separate Windows service) and SIP config file to register to AgentFrontEnd VU (and ETC). Do you have any documentation available to help me with that? I can create a ticket in SAP Support if you cannot share this information here.
