Justification pop up is not coming with user decision step(WF) in POWL inbox

Hi Experts,

We are using ECC6.0 and EHP.

We have copied standard travel workflow WS20000050 and customized it,

made justification mandatory for rejection in user-decision step of workflow as shown in below screen-shot .

A pop is coming in ECC when manager rejects to justify the reason for rejection but in POWL inbox it is not coming,

it is getting rejected without any popup to enter rejection reason.

Kindly help me to achieve this in NWBC also.
