Geo Map - Create/configure Base Map URL

Hi, I used Geo Map component and create my visualization, but the Base MAP URL is reference World. I need starting map in Rio de Janeiro State (Brazil). How configure Base Map URL default with zoom in Rio de Janeiro State?
