Hi Prat,
we plan to make characteristic TA_DATE of data source SCMINBU01 visible for report modelling in release ByD 1608.
With this change you will be able to add the characteristic "Actual Execution On (Date)" (TA_DATE) to report Inventory Balance (SCMINBU01_Q0001) and then use this field as filter in your OData request.
