Interfaces file seems correct to me:

I can also connect without problem using isql.
Below ASE log. Line in bold is my action before starting the
srvbuild -r ase_js.rs
(I dropped sybmgmtdb and its device).
Next the srvbuild has been started, it correctly created the sybmgmtdb again, and when it comes to processing of XML part, it is broken again.
