I could get / create Date (BTdates) entity using get_related_entity() & create_related_entity().

The line structure of BTDate is

Date_from, Date_to,Time fields, Include Type crmst_date_btil. I have to update date_from, for corresponding crmst_date-btil-appt_type.

I am able to create APPT_TYPE using the approach you have mentioned but no idea how to deal with DATE_FROM field. So if I could somehow call the Component Usage BTDates created in BT160I_CPL from BT120I_CPL, I can directly call the SET method for Date field.

I am relatively new to CRM so please let me know if there is any other approach?
