Dear all,
I need the refresh on open option which is present in document properties as well as save as option enabled always.
But I want it to be done for a user group.I tried applying security for a user group by disabling document refresh on open rights denied.
But it still didn't get grayed out,
User could still uncheck the option and save it in his folder.
My reports are intended for unit wise information.
So when my users saves it directly in his shared folder and unchecks the refresh on option mistakenly .Then his subordinate when access the same report from the shared folder, he will be able to see the supervisor data which is a security concern.
They are not ready to purge the data and save also.
Please help me with this.This has become a serious issue.
