It comes for different reasons. First you need to identify whether the configuration is done properly or not.
Are you getting a popup for HANA DB credentials once you login to FIORI?
Is it error still coming after entering hana db credentials?
Check the hana roles and abap roles mentioned as per below link:

Even then if you are getting the same issue then send the errors screenshot from browser - f12 developer tools.
