We have a G/ L account which is used for payroll activity and for this G/L system is not checking the budget availability, But when we assigned same commitment item to another exp account its looking for budget.
Now, my question is why its looking for a budget for exp account assigned with salary commitment when the same salary commitment is assigned to salary payment which is not looking for budget of 2016.
Answer to your question.
a) Is FM assignment and fiscal year are correct? yes
b) If 'yes', do you have sufficient budget? not budget is assigned to salary commitment, however its working fine for salary payment without looking for available budget but when we assigned the same commitment to exp its looking for a budget.
I don't want that particular exp to look for available budget and no statistical commitment is activated for salary commitment item and its working fine with salary payment.
