Can you explain your expectation with an example and values?
For this, can you check in MRF1, if you have selected Update Results - Material Master Price as shown below -
Transactional data like Goods Issue etc. will be done at the Price Control Indicator set (S/V) in that material master and price maintained. So, ensure the above step of MRF1 to update below masters for Goods Issue to happen at revised rates.
