Assign Business Roles to Employees During Employee Replication

Hi All,

Is it possible to add  a business role to employee when it is replicated from ECC?

Under DATA INTEGRATION WC there is an option to add a Businnes Role (replication request), But I don't find how can add it automatically or if it is get from an specific infotype or if only works to add it manually.
